Remember for your appointment:

PLEASE REMOVE ALL MAKEUP BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!

I do a quick clean of your lashes before every appointment but extra clean up of makeup and other debris takes time away from your appointment. Not only does it take time away, it also will effect the life of your eyelash extensions. If I have to extra cleaning because of left over makeup especially mascara you will be charged $10 extra to you appointment. I recommend not wearing any eye makeup and to come in with a fresh face the day of your appointment. This is what is best for you, your lash tech, and your Lashes!​

 

Cancellation Fees and Policy:

I understand things happen and schedules change, so you might have to reschedule or cancel. You can reschedule your appointment online 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment time, otherwise you will be charged a Cancellation Fee.

Also if you are more than 15 Minutes late to your appointment you will be charged the cancellation fee and will need to reschedule.

-Cancel less than 24 hours: You will be charged the full amount of your appointment price, with a minimum Cancellation Fee of $20.

When booking your appointment make sure to look at the More Info option of the service you are booking, services have different fees for a late cancellation.
